I'm an experienced engineering consultant, looking for a role in which I can do more hands-on software engineering, data engineering or data science work, solving interesting technical challenges. I'd be especially interested in roles in life and health sciences (my background is biology). I'm currently also completing a Master's degree in Computer Science (part time) to help me gain further SWE skills and experience.
I'm currently working as an engineering consultant, working on mainly integrations projects, and am looking for a full time role. I've previously worked as a bootcamp instructor teaching SQL and data analytics, and as a data analyst. I'm looking for an engineering role where I can solve interesting technical challenges, and grow as an engineer.
My educational and early work experience is in biological research, so I'd love a role where I can marry my SWE and life sciences experience, but am very much open to any company where there are interesting problems to solve.
I am also currently completing my master's degree in Computer Science in my free time to further help me improve my technical capabilities, and to keep up to date with and contribute to the latest research and problems in the field.

I'm a systems engineer based out of Vancouver BC, currently completing a master's degree in CS whilst working full time. I have a background in data analytics and engineering (with a bit of DS thrown in) and systems architecture. I'm looking for an engineering role (probably more junior level), somewhere I can continue to grow and develop.
I also have a background in biosciences - with a master's in systems and synthetic biology, so somewhere within the biotech sector would be a good fit for me. However, I am open to anywhere I would get the opportunity to work on interesting problems.
