This is negotiable. But you shouldn't necessarily be the one to negotiate it, so you should probably start talking to your own lawyer (not the company's).

There's a huge difference between doing that on the front page and doing that on an article that's already 3 days old.

You can set up custom email aliases per group, but we've only just started building it out. More fully fleshed out custom domain support is on the way.
