They posted some instructions on how to install it on Macbook 5,1 - although unsupported oficially, works perfect they say. Official version will be released in Autumn.

But I dont know what I'll do in a few months, should I go the trouble and install it or go the trouble with installing and configuring Linux distros on the same hardware. Or buy a new linux laptop? To make things more complicated I'll want to encrypt my hard drive soon.

Macbook is excellent as a desktop, great trackpad, super drag n drop gestures. I do webdevelopment, dont have much time left for other things.
