It's strange because the company I work for just started implementing OKRs last week. It actually happens creepily often when I do something and then some related article pops up on HN a some weeks later. I do read HN everyday though but still.
I guess it shows that we severely lack creativity and are all being manipulated.
Personally I don't think OKRs add any value because they force us to focus on measurable results at the expense of unmeasurable results which might actually be more important.
