"Read Xyz book", "catch up on C++17", "brush up on advanced git concepts", "have coffee with Jim from product management", "play pingpong this week with Jack and Julia from my team". Tons of ticket opportunities, and soon enough you'll be underpaid in the pay-per-ticket metric.
