Shun, ridicule and mock anyone who works in advertising. We do much the same to stalkers and while it doesn't eliminate them entirely, I have a hard time believing that you won't be deterred if you're considering starting to go into advertising and you are told in no uncertain terms this is only for bad people.

This is an industry where every willing participant should be treated as if they're an informer for a party that is hostile to you. Because they are.
