I’m sure he’d love to be a dictator, but he isn’t. At least not yet.
I’m not sure Russia can be allied with America and China at the same time. I don’t see America and China being allies, even if they had the same political system. And I don’t see what Russia would get by dumping China for America? Meanwhile, China at this point is more reliable.
But a thaw in relations? Yeah, sure, already happening.
