Electronic driver aids? That's extra per month.

Infotainment access to Apple/Android? That's extra per month and an unlock fee.

Then suddenly, once all of that has been exhausted and the customer is bled dry, you'll see geolocking introduced for additional/existing features.

Just buy an old ICE vehicle and drive it in to the ground. Then buy another.
