		We cannot create computes somehow (spinning for 20+ minutes and no result). us-west-2. Anyone has the same issue? AWS status page says nothing.

yes, many, and are all about money and how expensive they are!

Developer support plan is no longer available (will be removed for who has it in next 12 months) and is replaced by a support plan for which you pay more then double
