If you're working for the sort of company that would go out of it's way to block all URLs which have the string "sex" in them, you've got bigger problems than not being able to view website.
Many years ago when I was doing .NET programming, a helpful resource was http://systemwebmail.com/. Predictably, the firewall at $CORP blocked /webmail/. I had to print it at home and bring it into work.
