Sure, but at least it means simple optical splitters can no longer read the contents of your web traffic. That's arguably not worth a whole lot, and may trick people into feeling safer when they shouldn't. But if nothing else changed (no browser indications, etc), wouldn't using DH on all HTTP be strictly better than nothing? Theoretically. In practice, I suppose entities just replace their splitters with a retransmitter and we're back to zero.
