How is it working for you to just email users? I've done this in the past and didn't get great response rates.


Fellow co-founder here! We made Resubscribe to solve a pain point I had working on a previous startup. Using customer surveys, it was impossible to identify which new features we needed to be building. The survey results we received were fairly difficult to extract sentiment and prioritize. We attempted to run 1:1 user interviews with all our users, but we were running a B2C company, and it wasn't possible to use these interviews to get this feedback at scale either.

Resubscribe helps solve this problem. You can run user interview quality experiences at the scale of surveys. Resubscribe also helps you resubscribe users by making the customer an offer during the experience. Many founders I know (including myself) have gone through lots of mental health struggles. While working on my startup, I was lonely, isolated, and just needed some perspective sometimes.

I started Founder Wellness Daily for founders to share their stories and get actionable insights into improving how they feel on a daily basis. I believe that seeing shared pain in a community can be extremely comforting. Its also important to have a daily routine for mental health (meditation, exercise, etc).
